How does a mortgage broker service work?
We provide information, options and advise across a vast range of lenders products, rather then a bank that just offers their own.
Why consider using a mortgage broker?

Do you charge a brokerage fee?
Some mortgage brokers do charge a fee, but Black Swan Mortgages policy is that in general we do not charge for our services as we get paid commission by the banks instead.
If we need to charge a fee for our services, we will inform upfront.
